Chandler Room 102
is a fully equipped Multimedia Classroom run and maintained by the Department
of Information Technologies at The University of Mary Washington. The room is
reserved like any other equipment needs at the Multimedia Center. ONLY Faculty
and Staff can reserve the room. The primary use of Chandler 102 is to support
the academic program here on campus. Other uses are subject to review by staff
from the Department of Information Technologies.
How to
reserve Chandler 102

All fields with an *
beside them are REQUIRED to be filled in.
In the Event Title*
field please fill in your Last_Name, First_Initial
In the Description field,
please fill in the reason for your reservation.
If a movie is being shown
for class, please list what movie and indicate if you will provide it or it
is part of the Multimedia Center Collection.
Your submission will NOT appear on the calendar until it is reviewed
and approved by the Media Center Staff.
Events scheduled between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM are self-supported events; staffing is not provided for these events.
Staff is available to support events that occur on Monday through Thursday between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
If you have an event that is scheduled for the evening, and you wish to show a something from your own media collection, you must get the media to Combs 211 prior to 10:00 AM on the day of the viewing so that we can make arrangements to have the media in Chandler 102 for the viewing.
Technology support for events scheduled on a weekend will not be available;
event sponsors are responsible for arranging opening and closing of the building
with campus police.
